This notice applies to the Moonwake Labs company website. It does not yet cover AI-Todos or another Moonwake Labs product; each product will publish a notice describing its specific data practices before public release.

This version of the site has no account, contact form, advertising cookies, analytics, or tracking pixels. If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. Our hosting provider may also process standard request logs, such as IP address, browser type, requested page, and timestamp, to deliver and protect the site.

We use messages to respond, provide support, and maintain reasonable business records. Technical logs may be used for security, reliability, and troubleshooting. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
